Service Agreement

Scope
This Master Service Agreement (MSA) governs all services provided by ZAQVILUS TECHNOLOGY PRIVATE LIMITED to the client. Specific scope, deliverables, timelines and fees are captured in individual Statements of Work (SoW).
Project Management
Each engagement is led by a designated Project Manager. Communication channels include email, Slack/Teams and weekly stand-ups.
Change Management
Changes to the scope are managed through a written Change Request which captures impact on timeline and fees. Approved CRs become part of the SoW.
Acceptance
Deliverables are deemed accepted on the earlier of (a) written sign-off, (b) 7 days after delivery without written rejection, or (c) the client putting the deliverable into production use.
Warranty Period
A 30-day warranty period applies post-launch during which any defects in delivered code are fixed at no additional charge, subject to no third-party changes having been made.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information disclosed during the engagement.
Force Majeure
Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, pandemics or government actions.
